Job Scope

• Coordinate with consultants, Professional Engineers (PE), Resident Technical Officers (RTO), clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise daily site activities and monitor construction progress to ensure works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Assist in planning construction activities, work sequencing, and monitoring project progress against the master programme.
• Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, technical and material submissions, and resolve technical issues or drawing discrepancies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, contractual requirements, and authority requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on project implementation, site inspections, testing, and technical meetings.
• Monitor site manpower, material deliveries, equipment utilization, and resource allocation to support project progress.
• Prepare site progress reports, project documentation, monthly claims, Variation Orders (VO), and Extension of Time (EOT) supporting documents.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections, and project handover to ensure successful project completion.
• Support the Project Manager in achieving project objectives relating to safety, quality, cost control, risk management, and timely project delivery.

Requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction or equivalent
• 0 - 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
