We’re looking for a highly responsible and experienced Construction Project Manager to take ownership of our construction projects and ensure smooth execution from planning to completion.

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 5–10 Years
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Take complete ownership of construction project execution
• Plan, monitor, and manage project timelines and milestones
• Lead and coordinate Site Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors & Vendors
• Monitor manpower, materials, costs, and overall site productivity
• Ensure construction is completed according to approved drawings and specifications
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and workmanship
• Identify project issues and take timely corrective action
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and management
• Track project progress and provide regular reports to management
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction/project management
• Civil Engineering degree/diploma preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site execution
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible, organized, and result-oriented
• Ability to independently manage project activities
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Udaipur
