Site Project Manager

Vibes Events is urgently seeking experienced event professionals for two short-term roles on an upcoming project. We are hiring an Operations Manager (30-day engagement) and a Site Manager (16-day engagement). Both roles require immediate availability, strong on-site delivery experience, and the ability to hit the ground running. Positions Available: Operations Manager (30 Days) & Site Manager (16 Days)

Engagement Type: Freelance / Contract

Role 1: Operations Manager – 30 Days

• Overall event operations planning and delivery — leading the operational strategy from pre-event preparation through to live event and close-out
• Development and coordination of the site plan and overall site layout, including CAD drawings
• Operational input into infrastructure, production, guest areas, back-of-house and service areas
• Supplier coordination, operational scheduling, and build and breakdown planning
• Authoring event operations documentation, schedules, and key operational plans
• Coordination with production, security, HSE, F&B and other key stakeholders across all operational workstreams
• Supporting site readiness, event-day operations management, and final operational handover

Role 2: Site Manager – 16 Days

• Managing event build and breakdown on site, including contractor and supplier movements, deliveries, and access control
• Ensuring the site is built in accordance with the approved layout, specifications, and build programme
• Managing day-to-day site activities and build schedules, and coordinating with production, infrastructure, HSE, and venue teams throughout
• Overseeing snagging, site readiness, and handover into live event operations
• Supporting event-day site management and post-event reinstatement

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in event operations or site management, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale events or live productions from build through to breakdown
• For the Operations Manager role: experience in site plan development, CAD layout coordination, operational documentation, and multi-stakeholder programme management
• For the Site Manager role: strong on-site build management experience, including contractor coordination, access management, snagging, and site handover
• Confidence working across multiple disciplines including production, infrastructure, security, HSE, F&B, and venue teams
• Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and experienced in managing dynamic on-site environments with changing priorities
• UAE-based with valid documents and available to start immediately
