Site Protection & Screening Specialist (Tier 1)

About the role

This is a security screening and facility operations role within a high-security data center environment. You will be responsible for conducting physical and metal screenings, inspecting equipment and assets, performing facility patrols, and managing visitor and vehicle access.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical and metal screenings of personnel prior to entering high-security zones; record entry/exit logs digitally
• Inspect Equipment Passes, verify equipment entry/exit documentation, and perform bag/property checks
• Conduct scheduled perimeter and facility foot patrols, check door/alarm systems, and physically fit or observe contractors/visitors within the Data Center premises
• Inspect all incoming vehicles and visitors within the project area

About you

• Education: High School (M.6), Vocational (Voc. Cert/Dip.), or Bachelor's Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Experience: 0–2 years in security screening, access checkpoint operations, front-line service, facility guarding, or airport security
• English Proficiency (Essential): Basic operational English (ability to greet, request badges/equipment checks, read safety signage, and follow brief verbal instructions)
• Basic computer literacy, ability to type reports, and record digital logs via tablet/digital devices
• Physically fit, strong service mindset, good problem-solving skills, and strict compliance with regulations
