SITE QA/QC SUPERVISOR

Key responsibilities:

• Assist QAQC inspectors and quality control personnel on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work compliance with standards.
• Identify and highlight foreseeable defect issues to superiors and the Project Team.
• Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately.
• Coordinate with the Project Team and related parties on QA/QC issues.
• Compile and submit inspection reports to the QSHE Manager.
• Ensure construction activities and materials comply with project specifications, safety regulations, company policies, codes and standards.
• Raise NCRs where there is non‑compliance or defective works and follow through on the corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related fields
• Proven experience in the construction industry, preferably with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of construction materials, methodologies, building codes and relevant Malaysian Standards (MS)
• Proficiency in using testing equipment and quality control instruments such as slump cones, compression testing machines
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel between project sites as required
• Familiarity with construction management software and digital documentation systems is advantageous
• Certifications such as ISO 9001 QA/QC or construction quality management qualifications are highly desirable
