Site Quality and Training Manager

Your tasks

Manage Quality & Training activities while ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements.

Coordinate actions with operational teams to ensure the effectiveness of deployed systems.

Monitor and analyze performance indicators, identify areas for improvement and ensure follow-up on action plans.

Coordinate training plans according to operational needs and skills development objectives.

Ensure follow-up on audits, quality controls and corrective actions.

prepare reports and present the results and recommendations to the relevant stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

The search profile

Proven experience in Quality and Training in a customer relationship center, with experience in the banking sector or in banking project management.

Fluent English required , both spoken and written.

Academic background: Minimum Bac+2.

Good mastery of performance indicators, management tools and continuous improvement processes.

Leadership, analytical skills, rigor and results orientation.

Excellent communication skills and ability to unite teams around common goals.
