Site Quantity Surveyor

-Prepare and submit tender.

• Attend site valuation, measurement, supervision, discussion and meeting.

• To liaise with client, main contractor, sub contractor, consultant, architect, consultant, supplier and other parties involve in the projects.

• Controlling & monitoring pricing and costing.

• Prepare monthly progress claim and verify sub contractor’s claim.

• Regularly monitor on project quality and quantity in conformity with project specification and requirements.

Job Requirements:

-Must possess at least Diploma in QS or equivalents.

• Preferred skills : Autocad & Microsoft Project

• Good interpersonal skills & negotiation skills

• Willing to travel

• Possess own transport

• Preferably with experienced in construction industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
