Job Title: Site QS / Quantity Surveyor (Fresh Graduates / Interns Welcome)
| Johor Bahru
We are a main contractor in Johor looking for a Site QS who is willing to learn and explore more on field works.
Responsibilities
- Site measurement and quantity take-off
- Assist in preparing progress claims and subcontractor payments
- Record site variations and prepare supporting documents
- Assist in BQ preparation and rate checking
- Coordinate with site team, subcontractors and consultants
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Fresh graduates and interns are welcome, training provided
Willing to go to site regularly
Own transport and valid driving licence
Basic Excel skills; AutoCAD / CostX is an advantage
Detail-oriented, responsible and eager to learn
Working hours: [Mon–Sat, 8am–6pm]
