Site quantity surveyor (landscaping)

Experience/Skill required

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
• CIDB green card holder will be an added benefit
• At least one to two years working experience in Quantity Surveying, similar position or related working experience
• Good team player, self motivated, reliable, minimum supervision, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding site safety plan and safety activities operation flow
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa melayu and Computer literate
• Experience working with Autocad and validating quantities from layout/site drawings
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with negotiation abilities
• Other requirements - Required to travel outstation to project sites as needed

Job descriptions

• Inspect and perform manual measurement of workdone at site, ensuring accurate progress evaluations
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor material usage and ensure work aligns with project timeline and standards
• Analyze workforce productivity are aligned with project schedules
• Ensure all project records are up to date
• Prepare and check progress claims with client
• Attend meetings with clients, consultant and relevant terms pertaining to project matters
• Responsible for handling running project
• Prepare outstanding progress claims and final claims based on site progress and quantity
• Finalization of accounts with subcontractors and client
