Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SRE to design, operate, and improve highly available, scalable, and resilient cloud environments. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Terraform, Prometheus, IaC, and cloud migration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage highly available and fault-tolerant AWS infrastructure.
• Manage Kubernetes/EKS clusters, deployments, scaling, upgrades, and security.
• Lead and support cloud/infrastructure migration projects with minimal downtime.
• Manage Elasticsearch clusters, indexing, scaling, performance tuning, and migration.
• Build and maintain observability using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and ELK.
• Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and proactive incident management.
• Lead RCA, incident management, postmortems, and reliability improvements.
• Automate infrastructure and operations using Terraform/CloudFormation and scripting.
• Implement CI/CD and Canary, Blue-Green, and Rolling deployments.
• Drive security, reliability, performance, and AWS cost optimization.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote SRE best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS: EC2, EKS, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, Auto Scaling.
• Advanced Kubernetes/EKS and Helm experience.
• Strong Elasticsearch administration and optimization experience.
• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and ELK.
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Hands-on Terraform / CloudFormation experience.
• Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Strong experience in cloud/infrastructure migration and production cutovers.
• Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and RCA skills.
