Position: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Engineer

Location: Porto - Hybrid

Compensation:

CTI: 1500€ - 1800€ gross salary | 14 payments per year

About this role: We are looking for SRE / DevOps professionals to help ensure the reliability, performance, security, and continuous improvement of production environments through automation, monitoring, and efficient infrastructure management.

Main responsibilities:

· Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in Linux-based production environments;

· Manage and orchestrate containers using Docker and Kubernetes;

· Implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines;

· Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools;

· Monitor system performance, metrics, and logs using observability tools;

Requirements:

Must-have:

· Strong knowledge of Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes;

· Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and/or Splunk;

· Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions;

· Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and/or Ansible;

Nice-to-have:

· Experience with OpenTelemetry and security scanning tools;

· Knowledge of DevOps security best practices;

· Backend development experience with Node.js and NestJS;

· Frontend development experience with React and TypeScript;

· Experience working with REST APIs.

Additional information: After six months of employment with GBT Solutions, direct employment by the client is planned, subject to signing a commitment agreement.
