Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for critical business applications and infrastructure.
• Participate in P1/P2 incident management activities, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams to restore services.
• Ensure all incidents and service requests are resolved within defined SLA and SLO targets.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring incidents.
• Manage incident backlog and prioritize remediation activities.
• Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, observability, and dashboard solutions.
• Implement automation solutions for operational tasks, deployments, monitoring, and compliance activities.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges at enterprise scale.
• Leverage AI and automation technologies to improve incident detection, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
• Explore innovative solutions to enhance reliability engineering practices and operational workflows.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide support during critical incidents and major events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, or Operations Engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, or similar.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, container platforms, and cloud-native architectures is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies and operational AI solutions.
