  Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and support backend server and micro-services infrastructure for studio titles across various technology stacks.

• Develop and maintain automation tools for development, testing, operations, and IT infrastructure.

• Provide 24/7 on-call support for production outages via PagerDuty.

• Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary stakeholders to communicate impacts and status.

• Define and establish development, testing, release, and support processes for SRE operations.

• Monitor lifecycle processes to ensure adherence, and iterate on processes to minimize workflow times.

• Design, develop, and advocate for automated processes wherever possible.

• Identify and deploy cybersecurity measures through continuous vulnerability assessment and risk management.

• Manage incident responses and perform thorough root cause analysis.

• Monitor and measure customer experience metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and improve release velocity.
