YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for improving the reliability, scalability and operational maturity of modern cloud platforms. You'll collaborate closely with Development, Architecture, Security and Data teams to establish best practices, automate operations and ensure high service availability across distributed systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Ensure the availability, reliability and performance of cloud-native platforms and services
• Design and implement observability solutions across infrastructure and applications
• Build and maintain monitoring, logging and tracing capabilities
• Define and manage SLIs, SLOs and SLAs
• Automate operational processes and infrastructure provisioning
• Support and improve Kubernetes-based environments
• Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Perform incident management, troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Drive platform resilience and operational excellence initiatives
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams
• Contribute to security, governance and reliability best practices

WHAT ER'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps or Platform Engineering
• Strong experience with Linux environments
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Experience with Ansible and automation tooling
• Experience with Azure DevOps , GitHub Actions and CI/CD practices
• Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Prometheus , Grafana , OpenTelemetry , ELK or Splunk
• Strong understanding of incident management and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of networking and distributed systems
• Experience working in high-availability production environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• English level B2 or higher

• Knowledge of Kafka and event-driven architectures

• Knowledge of SRE practices and error budgets
