We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in observability, AWS infrastructure, incident management, troubleshooting, and platform reliability. The ideal candidate will also have experience leading teams and collaborating across functions.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Expertise

• Observability & Data: Strong expertise in New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, and Amazon Athena, with the ability to shape, analyze, and aggregate data for rapid debugging and troubleshooting.
• Reliability Practices: Proven experience in incident leadership, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Blameless Postmortems, load and stress testing using tools such as k6 and JMeter, as well as Backup/Restore validation.
• AWS & Troubleshooting: Strong knowledge of AWS networking and services, including VPC, ALB, CloudFront, ECS, S3, Lambda, Secrets Manager, and WAF. Experience with log extraction and analysis for troubleshooting and threat analysis.
• Platform & Infrastructure: Operational understanding of Terraform, Docker, DNS, TLS, Unix Shell scripting, and Git.
• Programming & Runtime Knowledge: Familiarity with platform runtimes and scripting technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, and Bash.
• Leadership: Experience in team leadership, people development, and cross-functional team collaboration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or related areas.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams.
• Ability to support reliability, availability, and operational excellence in cloud-based environments.
