Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - DevOps & Platform Focus

Key Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience in DevOps
• Strong hands-on experience on AWS cloud and infrastructure as code (Terraform preferably)
• Design, deploy, and operate containerized applications along with Kubernetes and container technologies (e.g., podman, docker) across on-Prem and cloud
• Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and CI/CD
• Integrate reliability checks, observability, and rollback mechanisms into deployment pipelines
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Grafana
• Certificate Management related to SSL Handshake, Multi domain/K8S
• Collaborate closely with release-focused stores and application teams to support end-to-end delivery
• Apply SRE best practices to improve reliability, availability, scalability, and operational efficiency

Nice To Have

• Python scripting for automation and platform tooling
• Knowledge or experience with Honeycomb for observability
