Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Support Engineer to join our SRE team and help keep our cloud platforms reliable, secure, and highly available. If you enjoy troubleshooting, Kubernetes, cloud technologies, and solving real-time production issues, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and troubleshoot production environments and incidents.
• Diagnose Linux, Kubernetes, application, networking, and database issues.
• Work with AWS/GCP/Azure and cloud-native technologies.
• Analyze logs, metrics, alerts, and system health.
• Support CI/CD deployments and operational activities.
• Manage incidents, escalations, RCA, and documentation.
• Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, and Engineering teams.
• Participate in rotational on-call support.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years in Production Support, SRE, DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure.
• Hands-on understanding of Linux, Kubernetes, and containers.
• Basic knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure and SQL.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or TiDB.
• Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk, or ELK.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
