Site Reliability Operations (Shifting)

• Monitor and maintain observability of application performance, system capacity, logs, and third-party service capacity.
• Report and escalate incidents or problems to Product Stakeholders in a timely manner. • Collaborate with Product Stakeholders to support operational and service objectives.
• Prepare and document incident reports for all production incidents.
• Perform 24/7 monitoring of the production environment.
• Execute mitigation actions documented in approved Operational Runbooks to restore service promptly, with full authorization to act without further approval.
• Prepare and deliver reports on a bi-daily, weekly, and monthly basis to meet compliance and IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (ITGRC) requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in IT/Computer Science/related field
• At least 2 years of experience in the same field
• Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
• Understanding of certificate processes: enroll, renew, rekey, revoke certificates
• Familiarity with Linux/UNIX
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS/technology solutions is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Familiarity with at least one programming language; knowledge of Java or Golang is a plus
• Knowledge of PKI concepts is an advantage.
• Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
