Site Research Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Research Manager to oversee and manage clinical research operations at PanOncology Trials. This role is responsible for leading research staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating clinical trial activities, and maintaining high standards of research quality and patient care. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to the successful execution of clinical research studies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical research operations, ensuring compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs), CRC Assistants, and other research personnel.
• Coordinate and oversee research activities across clinical, infusion, laboratory, and pharmacy departments.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and strategies to improve efficiency and research quality.
• Monitor patient recruitment and enrollment activities to ensure study targets and timelines are achieved.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical data collection, documentation, and entry into research databases.
• Coordinate sponsor monitoring visits, audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful study execution.
• Oversee staff training, performance, and adherence to research protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain effective communication with research staff, sponsors, and organizational leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Candidates with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or medical studies will also be considered.
• Proven experience in clinical research operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively supervise multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic clinical research management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and high-quality clinical research.
