Job Requirements（岗位要求）

1. 学历要求 / Educational Qualification 大专及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、土木工程、建筑工程或相关专业优先。 Diploma or above in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline will be preferred.

2. 工作经验 / Working Experience 具有至少2年建筑工程项目现场工作经验，有房建项目或大型施工项目工作经验者优先。 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction site operations. Experience in building construction or large-scale construction projects will be an advantage.

3. 安全管理知识 / Safety Management Knowledge 熟悉建筑施工现场安全管理要求，了解马来西亚相关职业安全与健康法律法规及施工现场安全管理规范。 Familiar with construction site safety management practices and knowledgeable about applicable Malaysian occupational safety and health legislation, regulations and site safety requirements.

4. 环境管理能力 / Environmental Management 具备环境管理相关知识，能够独立编制环境管理报告，熟悉施工现场环境合规要求，并能协调处理环境违规问题。 Knowledgeable in environmental management and able to independently prepare environmental reports, monitor site environmental compliance and coordinate the rectification of environmental non-compliance issues.

5. CIDB注册管理 / CIDB Registration 熟悉马来西亚CIDB相关注册流程，能够使用公司CIDB账户为管理人员及工人办理CIDB Green Card注册、更新及相关资料维护。 Familiar with Malaysian CIDB registration procedures and capable of using the company's CIDB account to register management personnel and workers for CIDB Green Cards, including renewals and related documentation.

6. 安全培训能力 / Safety Training 具备现场安全培训及安全技术交底能力，能够独立组织新进场工人及现场管理人员的安全入场教育。 Able to conduct site safety induction training and safety briefings for newly arrived workers, subcontractors and site personnel.

7. 人员及资料管理 / Manpower and Documentation Management 能够及时更新各承包商人员名单，整理、归档和维护安全、健康、环境及人员管理相关文件。 Able to maintain updated manpower lists for all contractors and properly organize, maintain and archive safety, health, environmental and personnel records.

8. 公文写作能力 / Report Writing Skills 具备良好的中英文书面表达能力，能够独立编写安全报告、环境报告、新闻稿、工作总结及其他总部要求的安全健康资料。 Good written communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to independently prepare safety reports, environmental reports, press releases, work summaries and other safety and health materials required by company headquarters.

9. 函件处理能力 / Correspondence Management 能够独立起草、审核及回复发给业主（Client）、顾问（Consultant）、分包商（Subcontractor）及其他相关单位的往来函件。 Able to independently draft, review and respond to formal correspondence involving the Client, Consultant, Subcontractors and other relevant parties.

10. 语言要求 / Language Requirements 必须会中文，具备良好的英语读写能力；能够使用马来语与当地员工、分包商及相关部门进行日常沟通者优先。 Mandarin Chinese is mandatory. Good written and spoken English is required. The ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia with local workers, subcontractors and relevant authorities will be an advantage.

11. 沟通协调能力 / Communication and Coordination 具备良好的组织、沟通及协调能力，能够与项目各部门、分包商、顾问及业主代表有效沟通，推动问题整改和工作落实。 Good communication, organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with project departments, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives to resolve issues and ensure timely corrective actions.

12. 责任心及执行力 / Responsibility and Execution 工作认真负责，主动性强，具备良好的执行力、团队合作精神和问题处理能力，能够及时发现并报告现场安全隐患。 Responsible, proactive and detail-oriented, with strong execution and teamwork skills. Able to identify and report site safety hazards promptly, follow up on corrective actions and ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently.

13. 办公软件能力 / Computer Skills 熟练使用Microsoft Word、Excel及PowerPoint，能够独立完成各类报告、表格、统计资料及汇报文件。 Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to independently prepare reports, spreadsheets, statistics and presentation materials.

14. 其他要求 / Other Requirements 能够适应建筑施工现场工作环境，服从项目管理安排，能够按时完成上级交办的各项工作。 Willing to work in a construction site environment, follow project management instructions and complete other duties assigned by management within the required timeframe.

Job scope 工作范围
1.编制环境报告。

Prepare environmental reports.

2. 全面负责现场环境合规工作。

Take overall responsibility for environmental compliance on site.

3. 与相关部门沟通协调，纠正环境不合规问题。

Coordinate with relevant departments to rectify environmental non-compliance issues.

4. 更新所有承包商的人员名单。

Update the manpower lists of all contractors.

5. 使用中铁建（CRCG）的CIDB账户，为管理人员和工人办理CIDB绿卡注册。

Register management personnel and workers for CIDB Green Cards through CRCG’s CIDB account.

6. 按照中铁建（CRCG）的要求编制新闻稿及总部所需的安全与健康资料。

Prepare press releases and safety and health materials required by CRCG and its headquarters.

7. 为工人及现场人员开展入场安全培训。

Conduct site safety induction training for workers and site personnel.

8. 汇报安全隐患。

Report safety hazards.

9. 负责向上级和下级单位发送往来函件。

Prepare and issue correspondence to Client/ Consultant/ Subcontractor.

10. 回复顾问及甲方函件。

Prepare responses to correspondence from the Consultant and Client.
