Site Safety Supervisor

About the role

Iswarabena Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Safety Supervisor to join our team in Klang District, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining a safe work environment on our construction sites, ensuring all health and safety regulations are strictly followed.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and address potential hazards
2. Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols and procedures
3. Providing safety training and education to site personnel
4. Investigating and reporting on incidents and accidents, and taking corrective actions
5. Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and update safety plans
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and regulations
7. Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to site safety

What we're looking for

1. Must registered with JKKP and a Yellow Book holder.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
3. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, practices, and procedures
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with site personnel and management
5. Problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and address safety issues
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Relevant safety certifications or training (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH)
