What they need
Requirements:
Candidate should have appropriate qualification and certification from relevant authorities (NIOSH, DOSH, JKKP, etc.)
Registered Safety & Health Officer (valid Yellow Book Holder) with DOSH
Minimum 2 years of experience as Site Safety or similar role in the construction industry
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and mitigate safety risks
Excellent knowledge of local SHE legislation requirements and SHE Management System
Good communication and leadership skills to manage site teams effectively
Self-motivated, competent, honest, and hardworking
Responsibilities:
Prepared monthly safety & health report
Conducting safety meeting
Liaise with authorities
Prepare monthly safety & health reports
Handle all safety aspects, including inspection
