Site Safety Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards
• Implementing and monitoring safety policies, procedures and best practices to create a safe working environment
• Providing safety training and coaching to workers to promote a culture of safety awareness
• Investigating incidents and accidents, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to safety and environmental management
• Collaborating with project managers, contractors and other stakeholders to address safety-related concerns.
• Liaise and handle all communication and documentation matters with the relevant authorities including JTK, JKKP (DOSH), MOH and any other related government agencies.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or a similar role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, including OSHA, DOSH, CIDB and other relevant standards
• Registered as Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) with Department Of Occupational Safety & Health, with valid Yellow Book.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Working Hours: Monday - Saturday
• Able to commute & work at SCF-1A ECO Perindustrian Park

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
