What they need
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform the duty of Site Safety Supervisor as per FMA 1967, BOWEC 1986, Regulation 25 (4).
Conduct daily site safety walkthroughs to identify and rectify unsafe working conditions or practices immediately.
Enforce mandatory site safety rules, proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage and good housekeeping standards.
Assist the Safety & Health Officer with incident/accident investigations, root cause analysis, and report generation.
Handle emergency procedures according to established protocols.
Conduct daily toolbox meetings, educate workers on hazard awareness, and induct new site personnel.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health.
Valid Yellow Book.
Min. 3 years' relevant experience in construction.
Full-time based at site.
