Qualifications & experience

• A yellow book holder
• Advanced MS Office
• Familiarity with hazards and safety requirement for construction site
• Proven experience working as a site safety supervisor
• Willing to travel (Project site at Bayan Lepas and Batu Kawan, Penang)

Tasks & responsibilities

• Ensure safety measures and plan at construction site are adhered to and in compliance with relevant regulations and requirements
• Communicate company's safety goals/ objectives to employees, vendors, sub-contractors, and others
• Prepare HIRARC and apply permit before work commencement
• Organize and chair daily tool box meeting with employees, vendors, sub-contractors, etc. prior to work
• Coordinate and conduct accident/ incident investigations and follow through any action taken to close the investigations
• Coordinate and Organize Safety Incentive Program to encourage awareness, compliance, and strict adherence at project/construction site for productive and incident free project completion on a timely manner
• Dealing with JKKP for site registration and officer visit
• Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior
