We’re Hiring – Site Scheduler | Primavera P6

Location: Lobs Hole, Cooma - FIFO (Melbourne /Sydney/Brisbane)

Roster: 14/7

Industry: Construction & Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced Site Scheduler with strong Primavera P6 expertise to support scheduling and planning activities on major construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedules.
• Identify delays, schedule slippage and critical activities.
• Prepare look-ahead schedules and weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Conduct critical path analysis, forecasting and schedule impact assessments.
• Track project milestones, resources and delivery targets.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of scheduling experience in construction, civil, tunnelling, mining, energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
• Good understanding of critical path, baselines, dependencies and progress tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work on-site on a 14/7 roster.
