What they need
- Develop and maintain the project schedule ensuring timely progress.
- Monitor contractor schedule updates and validate reported project progress.
- Identify critical path activities and highlight potential schedule delays.
- Prepare weekly and monthly schedule performance reports for Owner.
- Conduct schedule risk assessments and propose effective mitigation measures.
- Review contractor recovery plans and evaluate schedule improvement feasibility.
- Coordinate discipline interfaces to maintain consistent project execution sequencing.
- Analyze change impacts and support delay claim evaluations.
- Validate look-ahead schedules ensuring alignment with baseline programme.
- Track manpower and equipment resources against planned project curves.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree & certification in Scheduling & planning
Must Have Substation & BESS related Experience in KSA
Relevant professional certification related to the role/discipline
Professional membership or accreditation, where applicable
Software/system/tool certification relevant to the role
Experience with BESS project is preferable
