Job Descriptions

You will be expected to carry out, to the best of your abilities, any legitimate work necessary to support the Company and its related companies in conducting business. Your main scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Conduct regular patrols around the site, including designated areas, access points and surrounding premises, to ensure the security and safety of the site.
• Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors and other authorised personnel to prevent unauthorised access.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of visitors, contractors, vehicles, site activities and security incidents.
• Monitor all designated access points and ensure that only authorised personnel are permitted to enter restricted areas.
• Observe the site and surrounding areas for suspicious activities, individuals or situations that may pose a security risk.
• Monitor surveillance systems, where applicable, and respond promptly to any suspicious activity or potential security threats detected.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, including unauthorised access, theft, property damage, fire, medical emergencies or other incidents occurring on-site.
• Notify the Head of Business, Management, relevant authorities or emergency responders when required, particularly in the event of serious security or emergency situations.
• Assist in managing crowds, visitors and site movements when required to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
• Provide basic assistance and directions to visitors and employees while maintaining proper security procedures.
• Maintain proper handover and communicate any outstanding security matters or incidents to the relevant personnel or incoming shift.
• Perform any other legitimate duties or assignments as may be directed by the Company or Management from time to time in accordance with the Company's operational requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous experience in security, site security, manufacturing or a similar environment is an advantage.
• Fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
• Physically fit and able to conduct regular site patrols.
• Good observation and awareness of surroundings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, disciplined and trustworthy.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage.

Working Arrangement

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Shift: Day & night rotation
• Work Location: Jitrapadu Engineering Sdn Bhd, Klang, Selangor
