Site Security Operations Supervisor

About the role

Oversee and maintain security standards across client facilities and office buildings, managing duty rosters, checkpoints, and team performance to meet international standards. Lead coordination during emergency situations and prepare incident analysis reports, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and daily operational logs in English. Analyze security vulnerabilities, propose risk prevention measures, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain security standards across client facilities and office buildings
• Manage duty rosters, control posted checkpoints, conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT), and supervise team performance to meet international standards
• Lead coordination during emergency situations and prepare incident analysis reports, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and daily operational logs in English
• Analyze security vulnerabilities, propose risk prevention measures, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in any field or High Vocational Certificate with proven supervisory experience
• 2–5 years in security supervision, facility management, or high-security facilities / Data Centers
• Good operational command of spoken, read, and written English, with the ability to draft RCA and daily logs
• Proficient in computer systems, comfortable leveraging AI tools for documentation, and able to perform basic IT equipment troubleshooting
• Strong leadership, decisive, excellent problem-solving and service-minded skills, with strict adherence to security rules
