Site Service Crew

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Visit customers’ sites to provide servicing, inspection and maintenance support for steel moulds.

2. Assist customers in resolving mould-related issues.

3. Ensure steel moulds are properly maintained and in good working condition.

4. Coordinate with customers and the internal team to ensure effective service support.

5. Provide feedback and report any technical issues identified during site visits.

6. Perform any other ad-hoc assigned by the management.

Requirements

1. Minimum SPM and Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field is an advantage.

2. Experience in production, warehouse operations, or technical sales is an advantage.

3. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

4. Willingness to travel to customers’ sites as required.

5. Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
