Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering / BBA / MBA (Marketing)
Experience: Freshers can apply
Eligibility: Candidates must have completed their qualification. Currently pursuing candidates are not eligible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide product-related support.
- Coordinate with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
- Support marketing and technical service activities.
- Conduct site/customer visits as required.
- Maintain customer relationships and collect feedback.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and providing timely solutions.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Customer relationship management
- Basic technical/marketing knowledge
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
- MS Office knowledge
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location
