- Experience coordinating engineering reliability, including PPM, breakdown response and root cause analysis.
- An IOSH qualification, which is essential.
- BOAS qualification or experience, with BOAS Manager experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety, statutory compliance and safe systems of work.
- Good problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Highfield Level 3 Legionella qualification.
- BOAS Manager experience.
- Experience with environmental monitoring, chemical dosing and water treatment compliance.
- Experience supporting engineering projects, equipment upgrades and energy efficiency improvements.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a technically capable and self-motivated engineering professional with experience managing utilities within a manufacturing or process environment.
You will understand the importance of maintaining reliable site services, ensuring regulatory compliance and minimising disruption to production. You should be confident taking ownership of technical issues, identifying opportunities for improvement and working with limited instruction.
