Site Solution Engineer

• Job Description

• Manage customer quality requirements, quality planning, quality objectives, quality risks, and quality issue closure during project delivery.

• Conduct site quality inspections, check subcontractor qualifications, prepare quality reports, and track corrective actions.

• Conduct project quality self-checks, maintain quality checklists, and ensure standard operating procedures are followed at site.

• Participate in Radio Access Network site surveys and hardware installation design.

• Design installation solutions for baseband units, radio units, antennas, power and grounding systems.

• Prepare auxiliary material solutions, including power cables, optical cables, grounding cables, grounding bars, and antenna brackets.

• Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

• At least 2 years of experience with major 3G, 4G, or 5G Radio Access Network vendors.

• Good knowledge of mobile network site structures, including indoor sites, outdoor sites and centralized radio access network sites.

• Good understanding of telecom tower structures, including ground-mounted towers, self-supported towers and rooftop towers.

• Able to use AutoCAD to prepare site layouts and telecommunications equipment installation drawings.

• Good knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems and electrical safety.

• Good English communication skills.

• Good Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Able to manage multiple time-critical tasks.

• Willing to travel and work on weekends when required.

• Tower Climber Working Safety Certificate.
