What You’ll Do

• Run day-to-day field operations across multifamily renovation projects
• Deliver high-volume unit turns (interiors, common areas, exteriors)
• Drive weekly production targets (units completed, not just “progress”)
• Manage subs, sequencing, and material flow to avoid downtime
• Solve problems in real time—no waiting around for perfect conditions
• Work closely with property management in occupied environments
• Keep jobs clean, safe, and moving—every day

What Success Looks Like

• Units getting turned on schedule or ahead of schedule
• Trades show up, perform, and stay accountable
• Minimal rework because you catch issues early
• Residents aren’t complaining—and ownership is happy
• You know exactly where every unit stands at any given time

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in construction, with real field leadership experience
• Proven track record in multifamily renovations / unit turns
• You’ve managed multiple units at once—not just single custom projects
• Strong with subs—you can push when needed and keep relationships intact
• You don’t need babysitting—you run your job

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
