Job Summary

Gomez Construction Group is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on construction projects in Phoenix, AZ. This position coordinates crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules, safety, and quality to help ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and site operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, vendors, and deliveries.
• Monitor project schedules, work progress, and site productivity.
• Review construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct site meetings and communicate project updates.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
• Identify construction issues and coordinate timely solutions.
• Maintain daily reports, logs, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Superintendent, Construction Superintendent, or Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and field operations.
• Ability to read plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and priorities.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
