Site Superintendent

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and oversee trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Monitor project progress and address site issues to maintain schedules and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Review construction drawings and specifications and communicate requirements to site teams.
• Schedule and coordinate inspections, deliveries, and subcontractor activities.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, deficiency lists, and progress reports.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available and properly managed on site.
• Identify and resolve construction deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, office staff, homeowners, consultants, and municipal inspectors as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential or commercial construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Buildertrend is considered an asset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
