About the Role

Commercial Superintendent Construction supervisory role for ground up construction.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints.
• Direct and instruct crews.
• Accelerate production.
• Keep jobs on schedule.
• Write job reports, JHA’s, etc.
• Track equipment.
• Site safety.
• SWPPP compliance.
• Be familiar with OSHA regulations.
• Help with invoicing.
• Know when something is wrong, and how to fix it.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
