Site Superintendent

Overview

M2 Federal Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee the field operations of a federal elevator modernization project at the Indianapolis VA Medical Center. The Superintendent will serve as M2 Federal's primary onsite representative responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining the project schedule, overseeing quality and safety, coordinating with VA facility personnel, and ensuring the work is completed in accordance with the contract documents, specifications, applicable codes, and M2 Federal's requirements.

This position is ideal for an experienced federal-project superintendent who is comfortable working in an active healthcare facility and coordinating multiple trades.

Duties

• Direct crew management, subcontractor activities, and construction schedule coordination; track progress against project schedules.
• Review blueprints and construction drawings, interpret technical drawings, and coordinate questions with project teams.
• Manage construction safety, quality control, and compliance with construction regulations, including applicable federal construction safety regulations and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
• Represent Company at Meetings onsite.

Skills

• Required: OSHA-30 completed within the last 5 years.
• Required: Documented 5+ years Construction Superintendent, elevator modernization, or related field supervision WITH references.
• Required: Capable of Passing Basic VA security/badging requirements.
• Required: Blueprint reading, construction safety management, budgeting, quality control, and managerial communication.
• Apply sound judgment, coordinate competing field priorities, and communicate clearly with crews and project partners.

Pay: $84,300.00 - $120,000.00 per year
