Site Supervision Engineer – Architecture, Electrical, or Mechanical

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university, according to the required specialization.
• A master’s degree in engineering or project management is preferred.
• Professional certifications including PMP, professional registration with an accredited body such as UPDA/MMUP, and specialized certifications related to supervision, execution, and quality management works are preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in supervising the execution of engineering projects and interior fit-out works for the required specialization.
• Proven experience in major projects, government projects, or multi-discipline projects within the State of Qatar or GCC countries.
• Practical experience in managing and following up on contractors' work and coordinating between the different disciplines on-site.
• Excellent knowledge of technical specifications and building systems, and quality, health, and safety requirements applicable in the State of Qatar.
• Proficiency in preparing technical reports and using Microsoft Office programs and project management software.
• The ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and deal with various project stakeholders.
