Site Supervisor (C&S)

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor (C&S) to oversee daily construction site activities and ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for civil and structural works
• Ensure construction works follow approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Monitor work progress, quality, and workmanship
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and workers
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Conduct site inspections and report progress to the project team
• Resolve site issues and assist in meeting project timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Site Supervisor in C&S works
• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong site coordination and communication skills
• Familiar with construction methods, materials, and safety practices
• Willing to work on-site and overtime when required
