Site Supervisor (C&S)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to schedule and project requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers on-site.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Prepare work schedules, progress reports, and maintain site documentation.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance on site.
• Manage materials, machinery, and site resources efficiently.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Lead, train, and motivate site teams.
• Assist in project handover, testing, commissioning, and final completion documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in Civil & Structure construction.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipments.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings & specifications.
• Strong communication, coordination and leadership skills.
• Familiar with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & construction management software is an added advantage.
