1. Daily Site SupervisionSupervise day-to-day construction activities as instructed by the Site Engineer/Project ManagerDaily work completion vs. plan2. Work ExecutionEnsure masonry, plaster, RCC support activities, waterproofing and finishing works are executed correctlyWork quality and timely completion4. Drawing & Instruction ComplianceEnsure workers execute work according to approved drawings and instructions from the Site EngineerMinimum execution errors5. Material CoordinationCheck availability and proper use of cement, sand, blocks, steel, tiles and other materialsMinimum material shortage/wastage6. Quality MonitoringCheck workmanship and immediately report defects or deviationsReduced rework and defects7. Contractor CoordinationCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors and labour teams for daily work activitiesTimely execution of assigned work8. Safety ComplianceEnsure workers use PPE and follow safety procedures, especially for work at heightSafety compliance; zero major violations9. Work-at-Height SupervisionMonitor scaffolding, ladders, safety nets, edge protection and high-rise work areas100% compliance with safety requirements10. HousekeepingEnsure work areas, floors, passages and construction zones remain clean and organizedDaily housekeeping compliance11. Progress ReportingReport daily manpower, work progress, material requirements and site issues100% timely daily reporting12. Measurement SupportAssist Site Engineer in checking quantities and completed work for contractor measurementsMeasurement accuracy13. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
