Site Supervisor (Civil)

Job Description: Site Supervisor (PMC)

Location: Andheri (reporting base); deployment across multiple project sites
Experience: 1–2+ years in site supervision (construction/PMC)
CTC: Up to ₹4.8 LPA

Role Summary
Supervise day-to-day execution at project sites on behalf of the PMC. Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise contractor activities at site and verify work against approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor quality of civil works (RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, flooring, finishing)
• Check shuttering, reinforcement and pre-pour readiness before concreting
• Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), manpower and material logs
• Verify and record measurements for contractor RA bill support
• Raise and track NCRs, snag lists and rectification
• Coordinate with contractors, site engineers and the PMC project manager
• Enforce site safety norms and PPE compliance
• Report delays, drawing gaps and material issues promptly
• Travel between sites as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with strong site exposure acceptable)
• 1–2+ years of site supervision experience, PMC or contractor side
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
• Working knowledge of IS codes and site QA/QC practices
• Basic MS Excel and MS Word skills; daily reporting ability
• Willingness to travel across multiple sites
• Own two-wheeler preferred

Good to Have

• Exposure to high-rise or commercial projects
• Experience coordinating multiple contractors
• Familiarity with measurement and quantity checking

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
