Site Supervisor (Civil/Mechanical)

Perfection Frontier Contracting is looking for experienced and motivated Site Supervisors – Civil / Mechanical to join our team for the EGA-AT / ECLS Project in the UAE.

The ideal candidate should have a background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, relevant construction or industrial experience, and the ability to lead site teams and coordinate with project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure smooth execution of assigned activities.
• Lead and coordinate site teams to achieve operational targets.
• Learn ABF operations within one month and work effectively with the EGA operations team.
• Be available to work day and night shifts as required.
• Make appropriate decisions and ensure effective communication with the Line Manager, other Site Supervisors, and HSE Officers.
• Support daily site activities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Handle work pressure and coordinate with relevant teams to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1–3 years of construction or industrial experience.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.
• Willingness to work in EGA operations and adapt to project requirements.
• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
