Job Summary

Tufwud Doors Accessories Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and execution of doors and related products at customer sites. The ideal candidate should have a Civil Engineering background, strong coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site installation and execution of doors and accessories.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Plan and schedule daily site activities to meet project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve day-to-day execution issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at project sites.
• Prepare and submit daily site progress reports to the management.
• Coordinate material delivery and verify proper utilization at the site.
• Maintain proper documentation related to site activities and project status.
• Attend client meetings whenever required and provide project updates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• 1-3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar site execution role.
• Candidates must be based in or willing to work from Navi Mumbai.
• Preference will be given to local candidates.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and travel locally as required.
