What they need
- Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that work is executed according to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure seamless workflow and timely project delivery.
- Lead daily briefings to discuss project progress, address challenges, and motivate the team to meet production goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in construction or site supervision, demonstrating a strong track record of project management.
- Proven experience in managing diverse teams, with a focus on collaboration and effective communication to drive results.
- Strong experience in multi-story building projects.
- Hands-on experience in structural and finishing works.
- Ability to supervise manpower, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
- Good knowledge of drawings, specifications, quality, and site coordination.
- UAE experience is MUST .
