Site Supervisor – Hospital Project | Geelong

Contract Position | Immediate Start | Until End of 2026
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a Tier One contractor on a major hospital project in Geelong.

This is an immediate-start contract position running through to the end of 2026, with the opportunity to work on a high-profile healthcare project within a strong project team.

About the Role
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of the project on site, ensuring works are completed safely, to a high standard and in accordance with programme requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising subcontractors and site-based trades
• Coordinating day-to-day site activities and sequencing
• Monitoring progress against programme
• Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with quality and safety requirements
• Coordinating with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors
• Assisting with site documentation, inspections and reporting
• Identifying and resolving site issues as they arise
• Maintaining strong communication across the project team

About You
To be considered for this position, you will have:

• Proven Site Supervisor experience within a Tier One contractor
• Previous experience working on large-scale commercial construction projects
• Healthcare / hospital project experience is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of construction methodology, site coordination and subcontractor management
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A strong focus on safety, quality and programme
• Ability to work effectively within a large project team
• Relevant construction qualifications and tickets
