Site Supervisor

About The Role

INTIGA SDNBHD is seeking a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, coordinate with contractors and project teams, and ensure work is complete safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Job Description

• Supervise daily activities and ensure work follows drawings and specifications
• Coordinate workers, contractors, and site operations
• Monitor work progress and report updates to Head of Department
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
• Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site technical issues
• Check materials delivery and usage on site
• Maintain site records, reports, and work schedules
• Assist in setting out and basic site measurements
• Ensure project timelines are met

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 1-3 years site experience
• Basic understanding of construction methods and site operations
• Able to read construction drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willing to work on-site and under hot/physical conditions
• Knowledge of safety regulations is an advantage
• Responsible, proactive, and able to solve on-site issues quickly
