Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join SPA Integrated Sdn. Bhd. This is a contract position based in Temerloh, Pahang, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day construction operations on site. As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of quality and safety that define our company's reputation in the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating daily construction activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and specifications
• Monitoring worker performance and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
• Conducting regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures
• Managing site resources, including equipment, materials, and labour allocation
• Communicating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project coordination
• Maintaining accurate records of work progress, incidents, and safety documentation
• Ensuring all site personnel are briefed on daily tasks and safety protocols
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and provide progress updates
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance site efficiency and productivity
• Assisting with site inductions and training for new personnel

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar supervisory role within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices
• In-depth understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and standards applicable to construction sites
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing diverse teams
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of personnel
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Knowledge of relevant construction software and tools is advantageous
• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required
• Relevant qualifications such as CIDB certification or equivalent construction supervisory qualifications are preferred
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
