Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision: Direct daily work tasks, manage crew attendance, and monitor team and subcontractor productivity.
• Safety Management: Conduct routine site inspections, remove workplace hazards, and enforce health and safety rules (like PPE use).
• Logistics & Resources: Coordinate material deliveries, equipment availability, and labor allocation.
• Quality & Compliance: Verify that construction aligns with project blueprints, building codes, and design specifications.
• Communication & Reporting: Write daily progress logs, report delays or incidents to project managers, and lead on-site alignment meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven history in a supervisory or trade role within construction or a related field.
• Education: High school diploma or vocational training; a degree in construction management or civil engineering is often preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and building codes.
• Certifications: Valid First Aid and CPR certifications (plus industry-specific safety credentials).
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, organization, and clear communication.
• The specific industry (e.g., residential construction, commercial building, manufacturing)
• Experience level required (e.g., entry-level vs. senior)

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
